To organize, promote and maintain for benevolent and charitable purposes, an Association of persons who have seen honorable service in Korea and of certain other veterans and persons, to promote the establishment of, and to establish war and other memorials commemorative of any person or persons who served during the Korean War from June 25, 1950 to January 31, 1955, or Defense Veterans from February 1, 1955 to present (boots on the ground); and to aid needy Chapter members and their spouses and children and the spouses and children of persons who were members at the time of their death.
